- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ABSOLUTELY USELESS! Don't rely on this office to get anything done. The woman that works there Sue was especially rude and impatient. We have been working on a claim for our roof for two months now and it's still not done. If you use this office get ready to do all the work and they are agitated when you call the office to ask a question. You might as well just call the one 800 number because these people are not interested in helping you.
